Owning a classic car like the 1964 Ford Mustang is a source of immense pride, but it comes with its share of challenges. We installed a new cooling system, including a water pump, radiator, aluminium fan shroud, and a SPAL fan. These upgrades have significantly enhanced the car’s ability to regulate temperature, reducing the risk of overheating and improving overall performance. An aluminium fan shroud was added to improve airflow, directing it more effectively across the radiator's surface. This upgrade enhances the cooling process by preventing air from escaping around the fan. The addition of a SPAL fan further boosts airflow, ensuring consistent cooling even during low-speed driving or idling. Together, these components create a system that is highly effective at dissipating heat, reducing the risk of overheating.
